Not to mention Voltar waving his hat around angrily in the last panel. I do believe Voltar is managing to distract the guards even more now. He is the master of distraction!

While awesome, this makes none of the sense. None of it. Even magic chakrams that cut through steel doesn't make sense here because of the way the bars got cut.

It was a Supersonic Hatram that broke the  bars in three places because of the razor wind effect, so there.
