Does this stun or supercharge Brand? "Big Bro" is out of his (Saida's) league but can he help fight using a supercharge and the orb? Would he even have a clue how to use it?

The device got destroyed some pages ago after Taran (temporarily) put down Suzocon, so he could get to quetz!Brand. I think the bolts are striking what remains of it, because they're still lightning rods. So, unfortunately, was quetz!Brand...
