Hi guys! So for this month, I decided to do something very different, which I'm sure I'll like.

Inspired by Cody's aquarium birthday blast, I decided to open a request service.

That's right! As stated in the title, I'll be drawing aquatified furries (or Aquafurs)!

So first off, what is an Aquafur?
Well it's actually really simple. They're a type of furry/critter that are able to live underwater than on land. They look exactly the same as their corresponding species but with aquatic traits on them. Cody is one of these (sometimes).

Using their fins and gills, they dwell majorly around oceans, seas, pools, lakes or any body of water that's safe for them.

They are not to be confused with mermaids, aquafurs always keep their legs and tail together in balance rather than completely having a fish lower half.

A way to be transformed into these sea creatures is through the Aquanecklace. It is unknown on how to obtain said necklace as the only known owner of it is none other than Cody again, but it is said to be through a blessing of some sorts or as simply a gift. It mostly takes the form of a sun pendant. To turn aquatic, you have to clutch the necklace and the pendant will turn into a crescent moon, this is a sign that the transformation itself has begun. To turn back into land form, simply clutch the pendant again and it will shift back into a sun as your fins retreat back into your body.

There's also Gillyweed from Harry Potter but that has a limit of one hour or two. An Aquanecklace's transformative powers last forever until they're clutched again.

If you like, you can also include other relics, causes of transformation or simply none in your request. It all depends on your personal taste.

The aquafurs are very much inspired by said plant and my love for swimming.

In this post, I will draw your requested characters into their aquatic version of themselves!

I also layed out the features when requesting an Aquafur picture:

First off, you can choose whether you would like to have a background or not.
1-Simply transparent backdrop with character
2- Character with background (can be anywhere and please describe it briefly in your request)

In your request, you can choose whether you want some underwater creatures to accompany you or not (only if you choose any setting other than the swimming pool). If yes, then please tell me which underwater critters you would like in your picture.

Secondly, if you want to start a group request, go ahead and invite some of your friends to become fish furries together as long as your request says "I'm with X" and your companion's name or more. Which brings us to the character limit.

The character limit is 3!
Why 3? Well, I want to challenge myself! So far, I had been drawing 2 characters in my drawings and I now want to see where my limit is. If it's successful, I may increase the limit next year.

Don't forget to attach your reference sheet or any picture of your character. If you don't have any pics of your character, just describe on how they look!

Finally, let's go over the features and traits of a typical Aquafur, ready to dive!

The main features are gills, lung bubbles, fins, webbing and flippers. Let's go over each one:

-Gills: They're the most important for an Aquafur to have and very crucial in surviving underwater. They allow the aquafur to breathe underwater but you already know that, right? They can be either on your character's neck, chest or as external gills like axolotls (or have both)!

-Lung bubbles: Aquafurs can also breathe air but not in the way you think. You see, air are actually stored as a giant bubble sack inside of the lungs that generate infinite oxygen. Thanks to this sack, aquafurs can blow infinite bubbles no matter the limit, even bigger ones too! So get creative with them if you like. Because of how these bubbles never run out, they can also be useful for reviving unfortunate drowned victims. The bubble sack can even allow the aquafur to talk underwater!

-Fins: Aquafurs use fins to propel themselves through the water. They can be on your head, elbows, arms, torso or legs (or both)!
Another important way to identify an aquafur are their tails. They look the same as their corresponding species (be it furred or scaly) but with big fins at the end. Their aquatic hybrid tails, along with their flippers, allow for faster swimming. The fins can either be fish, shark or cetacean, whichever you like.

-Webbing: Aquafurs always have webbing attached to their paws (fingers and toes specifically) and armpit (optional). These membranes allow for more faster propelling underwater. They also stretch a lot and feel like rubber.

-Flippers: Finally one of the most crucial aspects of an aquafur are their flippery feet/paws. Essentially they are stretched and elongated fanned out feet/paws resembling closely to fins with webbing coating/merging them entirely between the long toes. They are very much flattened and boneless like cartilage, adding extreme flexibility to them. Because of this, they feel very squishy and sleek to the touch (even if some have fur). Thanks to their flipper-like feet, they can swim faster underwater than other creatures depending on their speed, allowing for incredible stunts and swimming styles (like the merfur, for example). Unfortunately, it is hard to walk on land with flippers instead of feet which can add room for comedic scenes to happen. Flippers are also customisable, you can freely design on how they look and fit to you.

Btw, I can also draw your fursona as a semi-dolphin wearer of the cursed swimming goggles from Dolphin Solution (Page 4-11), both with fur or having them replaced with dolphin skin, whichever you like.

Also, if you want your character to wear swimming trunks, other swimwear (like wetsuits for example) or diving equipment (excluding air tanks), let me know in your request!

Anyways, that's all the features, now for the list of thing that I won't draw on this forum post:
-Sequences, will take too long to make for me.
-Inflation
-Vore
-Violence
-Objectification
-Comics, I'll make them available when I'm ready and trained.
-Other questionable stuff (this includes NSFW/sexual themes)
-Characters from various media (e.g Rambley from Indigo Park)

Anyway, that is all I can propose here in this forum post. Keep in mind that I'll take a look at your requests and decide which will be the best for me to draw first. And this post will be closed after this month until maybe next year (I hope this all goes well though).

So have fun, get creative and most importantly become aquatic in your own unique style! ^w^

Hi guys, this week was my birthday and I decided to draw this for the ocassion!

It's a recreation of an old photo my family have of baby me in a shoebox, as faithfully as possible! ^w^

Well, now that I'm 18 years old, I unfortunately have to step into the cold and complicated adult life. Infact, I'm kinda scared, I don't know if I'm going to make it or not. And the possible conclusion is that I may will be on the streets.

Human life is just so much crueler than nature. If I were another species (like a wolf for example), then life would be made easier and I wouldn't have to worry about fitting in with humans.

This is why my main sona is Cody afterall.

I miss the cyan shoebox and the classical music composure of Baby Galileo. Those two things remind me of my childhood, a safe haven outside of the world and what I would soon see. Where I didn't have to worry about anything else. And when Virmir was also a small cub like me before.

What happened? How did I get here?

Anyway, please wish me luck, tell me that hope still exists out there.

I think I may be overstaying my welcome here, so I'll get going now.

Bye, everyone.

Random Topics / Re: Weird Dreams
« on: June 05, 2024, 12:31:40 PM »
This dream I had is from 2 months ago.

In the dream, I was wearing a fursuit of my werewolf Cody (normal form) to school for some reason. Thing is, nobody in school seemed to mind, spit or bully me for revealing my furry identity in front of everyone. They just accepted the fact that I was wearing a Cody fursuit and that's that, I felt happy. I sometimes took off half of my suit, probably to avoid further weirdness should it ever happen, I stayed on guard, yet nothing spiteful ever happened to me at all.

It's the first time I dreamt about Cody in a more accurate depiction, it had his purple shorts and everything. Although the mane was not accurate, it looked more like a small fox tail with the white tip.

I very much remembered other parts such as that the classroom, which for some odd reason, was in my kitchen. And as part of the school day, I was cleaning the subway trains from the outside (again, nobody seemed to mind that I was being a complete stranger wearing a wolf costume with pride, it felt too perfect to be real). I could also see very clearly behind the headpiece as if I was fused with the costume itself.

Anyway, after that, I was heading for home (still in my costume), then the dream shifted to a random clip from a modern SMG4 episode that was completely non-existent.

Finally, it shifted again, this time I was on Discord, looking at a server where a bunch of achievements "I made so far" were being recorded and catalogued. Among these was the day I dressed as Cody at school. The log said what I think was "Aquatified Dreams complete!" and it had an icon of a drawing depicting Cody in his aquatic form stretching his arm normally in front of the lime green background I usually use a lot.

I felt very happy in my dream for the first time because I finally got to be Cody Wolfman without anyone judging me, and I was disappointed that the dream didn't last longer right after I woke up. Honestly, that reality in my dream felt too perfect for my taste, it's kinda eerie. Keep in mind that one of my goals in life as a furry is to buy a fursuit of Cody Wolfman (both in normal and aquatic form if possible). The fursuit will only be for times when I feel like being my favorite werewolf for a while.

Funny now that I think about it, because it vaguely predicted the day I confessed to my father that I'm a furry and he accepted it for who I am. It was also the same day when I travelled to Romania for the first time.

Hi guys, just posting a new drawing for Mermay before my school trip to Romania. This time it's Cody playing underwater with the fishes! ^^

It's been a long time since I drawn Cody's aquatic form honestly. As you can see, I experimented quite a lot with body rotation and lightning. Now Cody can feel more at home underwater!

I've planned to add some underwater stocks to make the ocean floor feel more lively but I'm not sure, what do you guys think?

Also, unlike last drawing, I reduced the number of bubbles, I had gone very crazy with them in there.

As for the "watch", well it's partly there to cover up a mistake I made while drawing. Also, it's not a regular watch but more of a depth gauge so Cody can measure on how deep he is in now! ^w^

Anyways, happy Mermay, and remember to keep swimming!

Hey guys, happy Sant Jordi's Day! Here is a reference sheet for Rosa Drachams (originally named Flor) at least, complete with a new updated look that I felt proud! I still need to decide what her favorite book is though...

Aside from showcasing, I uploaded this drawing as a good luck charm for my father. He's currently in the hospital right now. I hope this picture will save his life, losing someone you're very close to is a very scary thing to deal with... :(

I hope Rosa will protect my father's life, I really do.

See you all in the next drawing and wish my poor father good luck.

Hi guys, here's a new art piece for you all. This time it's for an art contest for the Roblox roleplay game Furana (as a loading screen). However, I don't think I will win but it doesn't really matter. :p

Here we see a wolf howling on the moon, surrounding by many colorful stars all painted by Seri, the 6-tailed kitsune responible for creating the wonderous world of Furana (which is probably where Cody lives in). Inspired by the current loading screen that is soon to be replaced.

Originally the wolf was going to be the one in said loading screen, however I have learned that its owner left the community and that I ain't gonna be given permission to use the character (there is no way to contact them). So the character in the picture was changed in the end.

Also this is not my first time using textures and filters btw. <.<

I'm curious, what is the soda company who produced this magic drink that's at risk of containment from the SCP Foundation?

Hi guys, this week I decided to draw something different. As you may have know from my Twitter, i'm a huge fan of Ori and The Blind Forest & Ori and The Will of The Wisps, it is one of my main inspirations when it comes to making my art. 5 years ago I wanted to draw my own spirit but only made the head. Now this year I have finally been able to finish what I started.

Meet Nodemot (originally named Letcu, that name was taken from a long forgotten Slenderman Proxy OC I invented as a child), a Light Spirit born in Niwen with the ability to paint circles/runes that teleports him to the other worlds or the dreamscape of the universe (lots of dreams) using the tip of his tail like a brush.

May or may not have appeared in your dreams or in the human world but hidden as possible.

Originally, he was going to have 3 antennas 5 years ago which is no longer the case here now.

A skill of note he has is that he can hold his breath underwater for long periods of time (though not as close as Finnegan's gills, another Spirit OC), he have obtained this since birth, it is unknown how or why but that's just how some Spirits are born.

His name translates to 'Dream Wanderer'.

So umm what do you guys think?
