I was just thinking of a simple Balloony Howler (more like a balloon Howler) with a chocolate candy bar in his muzzle, dragging with him a halloween bag full of candy that is tight to him and the bag.
(basically Howler is lifting the candy bag up by the string he himself is tight to)  Thanks!
