I had a strange strange dream last night of which I believe is highly influenced by Final Fantasy >_>.

It begins with  a young scientist and his father working on something tremendous that'd unlock the secrets of all things. The young one reviewed the prophecy on the stone wall and as far as he could read it some kind of object with two heads would be impaled upon by two electrode gauntlets. Although he couldn't understand the last bit he and his father completed a glove device that could harness the power of crystals to warp reality. The young one put his own large gauntlets on and wondered where would they find this object. To the young one's dismay his father jabbed both large hands into the son's chest. The image soon came to mind from the wall.... the boy had his arms held up, it looked like two heads.

He later wakes up in the middle of a sort of.... something. He can't tell as he feels his vision lost.... or rather the only thing he can see is a blinding light that he cannot obscure or dim in any way possible. His body felt odd as he felt he had a snout of some kind and a tail and walked on toes. He fell around for some time until he developed a sort of power of prophecy. He could finally move around and see the surroundings.... though the short time delay was not enjoyable. Further yet his memory was fuzzy. All he could remember was the stone wall and his father's betrayal.

Time goes on as he travels and he finds himself in a rather fantasy-ish world, complete with strange creatures and moogles. Although many didn't find his appearance too outlandish, it became common knowledge to see him as cursed. It didn't help that he often recoiled back and try to cover his face when the blinding light in his eyes, even when closed, suddenly gets stronger. Eventually his ability to dodge misshaps and assaults through his ability to foresee the future moments before it happened gained word and a few lofty adventurers wanted him to accompany them. Boy would this spark the adventure of a life time.

One day the group were teleported into a sort of pocket dimension... and the cursed fuzzy's dad appears in front of them as a giant head. At first the boy was relieved to see pops again..... until he sensed that he was of course... evil. Consumed by demonic magics. Indeed it was true, the daddy turned into a beastly demon and the boy managed to work his own focus to get out of there after a boss battle.

Then the dream ended  [fox].

Combat Stats:
The boy, oddly named Ramza in my dream, is by all intents an anthro now but he's basically the opposite of blind since all he see's is a bright light. He uses his ability to see moments into the future to even see anything. This has a few perks as his evasion rate is through the roof. He uses a longsword as a weapon and can use buff/debuff magics.

STR: 4/10
PER: 10/10
END: 3/10
CHA: 4/10
INT: 8/10
AGL: 10/10
LCK: 5/10

Hmm...yeah, lots of FF influence visible...most especially from the Tactics/Tactics Advance games (and any of the later games set in Ivalice).

Ramza Beoulve is the main player character in the first Tactics, after all.

Kind of obvious Dragyn, I recall clearly in conversations that they referred him to as "Ramza!" It is very likely it is my mind taking reference from the game, but that's how dreams are.

Yeah, sorry.  Was just agreeing with your assessment.
