So when I was looking through the suggested titles, the second I saw Kai's suggestion I knew there was only one possible option: Voltar! So I asked myself what would be a fun thing to write about with Voltar, and the comic provided the solution to that: hats! The result was this. I think its ok, but I may have made him too "obsessive" and the "action" scene may not have come off right since I'm still not good at those. Honestly though, if the end makes you think EPIC VOLTAR MANOEUVER then I've done my job.
