If it isn't roko doing it is brand. Not going to lie brand kinda has a we bit of a savior complex. One that gets him into a Ton of Trouble. As i think he is trying to compensate for his own kind. Remember he is a Volcano dragon. We never actual met a full grown Volcano dragon. But the few we did meet were in all honesty Not great people. Kinda make me wonder if they keep Kobolds as slaves or gods know what other things. They could just go around burning village for fun. Let alone one that actual is full grown. You know the size of a Volcano. One that forces armies of creatures to shove stuff into the Burning pit that is its gullet. Until it can no longer sustain him and he explodes into a natural disaster.
