What I want to know is, did Roko defenestrate the three overly curious Ave branchers? (They'll be fine. They're bumbles. Bumbles bounce).
Also, Quetz!Brand is learning some grace and dignity. That's part of why this has been such a fun ride. The characters have developed in a way that they bloody well earned. Raybrand is becoming a genuine dragon knight (even if he wears pretty sour armor). Saida-hime has very much grown into her role, learning physical dexterity, coordination, and how to fight both with her magic and body. And KIRIHOKO Roko may forever be a kleptomaniac of a kitsune, but he's gone over hard to the zenko-kitsune side of the Force otherwise, a pretty honorable guardian that suffered greatly not just because of his own screwups, but to try and repair them.
