Going to close there here as these are mostly accounted for.

Everyone who expressed interest has been contacted.

If you missed your chance, you should be able to grab your own copy directly from IndyPlanet soon! I submitted my book there two weeks ago but am not sure how long the review process takes. The book will be identical as they are the same printer on the back end.

If you really want a signed copy, let me know and maybe we can work something out. If anyone I contacted doesn't get back to me within a couple of weeks that copy will become available too.

Only learned these pre-orders had been open tonight when Toast was showing off his copy, hah hah!  Sad I missed it, but I'll pick one up in the regular release.
