I have thoroughly reviewed the proofs and made some very minor changes-- mainly margin issues with the bonus content at the end. Nothing I changed warrants another proof, so I have ordered the final batch of copies! The last order took six weeks to arrive, so I would expect the same for this batch (although I'm not sure if the higher quantity would make them go slower or faster).
