The Sune Role Play Character Sheet! (Not yet made <.<)

Vixens and Gentlefoxes, or specifically us Sunes, I'd like to make a set of character sheets for you to fill in details for your respective character. However this will be a somewhat difficult undertaking for various reasons:

1) I'd want a future RP to have some gamelike quality to keep everyone on their toes. It'd be more fun that way to manage resources.
2) It'd need to be clean, clear, and easily read with no obscurities.
3) I'd have to build it @.@

So pleasantsunes, provide me with character sheet references!!! Post any and all reference character sheets you know of from various games or pen and papers so I can craft a custom RPG sheet for you.

Also Roll Call! Sunes post here! Those who wish to join, please inquire! I will inquire about specific details later as a different topic or an extension of this one.

Forewarning
I'd like this team to be fairly fast and flexible in how we manage things, so there will be a hard cap on how many players we have. Currently a soft cap of 8.

Hallo, you know me. I'm normal color, you know tails and all, I don't have the grey on my back anymore and other than that I look the same, I don't wear a visor and usually have a small pack on me for radiation/electrical/temperature/environment data monitoring, or a pack mounted laser weapon, usually heavy duty. I also have a full protective suit sometimes work for working, it covers everything, is pressurized and runs on its own air supply system, and can shield against some degree of radiation.

Well it certainly took me long enough to notice there was actually a thread for this! I'm working on setting up a smooth talker who knows how to take advantage of a situation and has just enough luck to pull it off. His role in the group is probably some kind of diplomatic envoy. If people aren't entirely sure why he was picked for this because skill-wise he doesn't seem terribly qualified in intelligence, or endurance, or such... it's because he's smooth enough to not need all that. For instance he was certainly able to get himself on the mission without terribly good physicals *or* intelligence, which is impressive in and of itself, no?
