Cosmic's (Possibly) new form

I recently drew a picture of a toonified version of Ty and now I don't know whether or not it should be one of his main forms so that he can just become it at will.

I would say go for it! It can be a very convenient form when odd stuff happens! I don't think you need a limit on what's a "major" form either- with your power level there's not much you can't be, if you try!

It's been about a week, so I'm closing the polls! Toon Ty is now officially one of Cosmic's forms! Time to create a proper story behind this one because I am obsessed with explaining everything I make for some reason unless it's just random doodles.

IMMEDIATE QUICK EDIT: Just because this form is a toon does not mean you can abuse him whenever. Being put under certain circumstances will also not change him to his toon Ty form. Just warning you all. (Especially the ones who are usually in chat)
