Edit: Panel 3; if he turned around (little artic fox, forgot his name ), I wonder if he would go: "Ahhhh Dracula!!!" And then we jump to last panel with Lucian going "NO!"  xD

First time I read this part, a thought came to my head. It sounded:
"I wonder if he will arrange a marriage between Lucian and Queen Avelina?"

Then picture a scene were the queen stands ready for marriage (against here will) saying to Julian:
"I Will not marry you!"
"It's not my you're going to marry, my dear."
Then our three heroes storms in:
"Ok father; Stop this madness at once, I don't want to kill you!"
"A Lucian! Your just in time for your wedding, my son!"
Every bodies stare goes between Lucian and Julian.
"My... WHAT?!?"

And now you know what went through my head...

Hmmmm... I'm not sure that was Voltar...

Now that you say it...
It might be that assassin, and he have killed Voltar, and did that to stop Lucian from getting killed by mistake.
