Squirrel Bliss in the classic Chip'n'Dale "Rubber Bando" costume, trying to inflate a pumpkin balloon for a halloween party, but getting blowback'd into a very overstretched and overinflated squirrel balloon instead, looking surprised and distressed, floating away. (Please don't forget the blush)

I am with Luga (#46) this year, getting a pic together.
Luga is cosplaying as Meow Skulls (wearing the clothes/accessories and goth makeup), while blowing a large bubblegum Bliss bubble like a balloon, slowly lifting him off the ground. (Luga would still wear his normal bandana while in the outfit)

Virmir said "Trick" to the wrong (offscreen) cat witch and is transforming into an inflatable haunted tree lawn ornament. A balloon bliss crow, very overinflated and looking close to popping, is tied down to one of virmir's branches, tugging up on it, the string tied around one of his talons. Virmir's expression is yours to chose. Bliss is looking distressed and blushing.
