#51 with #95 Bliss

We want Luga in his mummy costume (see image) grabbing Dragonite Bliss' cheeks and puff-kissing, while Bliss is wearing a miniature zeppelin cabin on its belly and a belt with fans on each side (up for interpretation). Bliss is extremely blushy while Luga is happy with the puff-giving and wagging his tail.

#96 w/ Bliss (#98)

Luga & Bliss as balloonie Lycanrocs, tethered to a yard as floaty Halloween Decorations. Bliss is a helpless flustered mess & Luga just loves being tethered so close to Bliss as their hides squish.

Luga will be cosplayed as Meow Skulls (see dropbox for Luga's ref & Meow Skull's ref) while also being a ghost (The wispy lower-half that extends into a long trail-kind) as he is using his phone to take a picture while holding it up with one arm and striking a post with his other arm but still keeping a chill look with his eyes and mouth. (Luga will also be wearing his bandana with the outfit and for the cosplay he won't have any makeup but just the clothing & accessories (see Twitter link for inspired example)
