foxgamer01 gets a STRIKE.

I will eliminate you if you don't move within the next week. I am taking measures to be more diligent about this.

Pent Words!

These word puzzles are inspired by those mathematical wonders known as pentominoes. Answers read across the rows, and also inside the pentominoes. However, you must figure out how to divide the grid into pentominoes to spell the answers!

EDIT: Fixed a typo in clue 9b of puzzle two.

If the players agree to start over, I won't stop you. However, due to every board having rotational symmetry, one could always pretend that you played on the right symbols in the first place by moving the pieces as shown. In an offline setting, each player would have a prominent marker reminding them who they are, and they'd probably never make this mistake. I hope. ]:P

Curious moves. Clearly there's a long-term strategic value to covering your own symbols that is less obvious to the untrained mind.

That, or you both forgot that you've switched symbols for game 4. That has happened before. :B

I have been notified that foxgamer01 made his third move of game 3 over 9 days after it was his turn, so if I had done a better job of keeping track of absences, I would have had to give him a strike too. Meh, I feel too nice right now. I'm removing a strike from FrostedLights instead.

Perhaps I shouldn't commentate during the middle of the game, but you guys sure are covering up a lot of your own symbols.

Kenku, did you forget to attach an image? O can only swap symbols with X on his first move, if that's what you're attempting.

Selden defeats Juubi_No_Ookami 4-2 to advance to the next round.

I noticed that Kenku and Jonas were talking about the diagonals board not having as much interactivity as the ceeeff board. Since the physical version of the game will have the boards divided into 5x5 quadrants which can be reassembled at will, I've slightly remixed this board and the horizontals board. Would the other players object to using diagonals2 and horizontals2 instead of diagonals and horizontals in the next round? We'll still use the original versions in this round, because I don't wish to change the rules in the middle of the round. I'll let all of the players vote on it (including Juubi_No_Ookami); the votes of the players who end up actually advancing to the next round will be counted higher.
