...Okay, everyone look at the backround in the third panel. Look at the things around the Fen-Da-whatever and Sierra's summon...
...Hmm, those look a lot like DRAGONBALL Z aura effects. Not to MENTION the two appear to be LITERALLY flying towards each other.
Oh, and, Lucian's face in the last panel is hilarious.

Honestly, I'm confused... did the "chink" sound meant the Fen managed to stab the blue guy, or that he got frozen before he used the blade?

If you look, you can see that the dagger is still in the fen's hand while being frozen. He didnt get to use it.

The Fen-dahi just froze to square. The dragon's element suggests it did that.

That dragon is a lot harder hitting than it looks. Probably all the magic in it.
