Written for Aleph, who just loves cartoons. I've placed him as the sheriff of a town of toons and wrote about him introducing a new citizen to the inked lifestyle. I wouldn't worry too much about the exact mechanics behind the setting since I don't have them fully worked out. I also may have sacrificed some believability on Tuner's part in order to make an ending Aleph would like.

Good story! I like the concept here, with the refuge for toons that need to get away from humans, and how new toons might be a little freaked out and out of place at first. Very nice. [:)
