Though 'Advanced Magical Weaponry' That implies some sort of college or mage school right? I wonder if there are other (smaller) Cities around that have universities or something. Though i still think 700 as Caerreyns population is kinda small for the continents biggest city. Not sure you can support some sort of school like that. ]:P

I really like the transitions in Voltar's expression.
By the last frame it looks like a long-supressed fox top-gunner is awakening.

BTW--"explode" is a transitive verb, too. You can *explode* a wyvern.
