A cliffhanger ending. You've been paying attention to how to write good stories, haven't you? |:P
I'm foreseeing complications galore for our characters. They've got an injured wanted man, a baby, a battle likely to break out at any moment, a mysterious winged woman... But hey, at least at the moment they aren't being shipped off to a mine. Should be fun to read.
