Good to see that ancient cursed dragon trap-filled caverns are up to code with their properly labeled exit signs

I honestly have to wonder if cursed items come with some sort of charm that makes them unbreakable.  I mean, that thing looks like anyone with a knife could easily remove the amulet... and if that is the case, then why can't they apply the same charm to items with beneficial enchantments?
