Because even if not everyone likes Xmas's commercialness, it's still possible to make it fun! :3
After seeing group pic ideas that weren't interesting enough fore some ppl, like Finalcord's bugs, and Trask's Mario Kart, I've been thinking I should suggest a more general, fun pic most ppl can enjoy. I hope you guys find it interesting! :3
Main theme: A shoppin mall, possibly two floors with staircases and a fountain, with many shops. Ppl are buying/selling/displaying stuff and minding their own business, or not :P
How it works: It's a very open minded idea, with lots of possibilities. Shops may vary in fonction of what ppl want to do. I am not giving "the only possibilities", I'm giving examples.
There can be anything, from a toy shop to a potion brewery store, from some fastfood to a TG clothes shop, or anything you can think of! :3
You can make agressive shopping cart races ending in "accidents", eat/drink suspicious things, try new clothes, or just have fun in any ways. And you can either be a customer, a shop keeper, a product for sale or even a decoration! :P
I forgot to mention... I was planning Virmir to do that! I'm far too unorganized and chaotic in my shedules to do it myself :P
it's still an idea, it isn't sure yet if it'll be done.
If this gets Virmir's approval, I'll be deciding with him what's the max number of ppl that can be in.
UPDATE: I'll put this on "pending" untill enough ppl volunteer, and this may be just a normal day instead of xmas, since obviously it won't be done in time. I'm gonna make a list of everyone in/interested etc
CANCELED: Due to a lack of preparation, lack of interest compared to what i hoped, and lack of ppl wanting in, this project seems to be only going toward failure. Anyone may feel free to take back the project/use the idea if they want, but i no more feel any necessity to continue this project...

Well yes, I'm okay with big group commissions. I generally charge $25 first character, $20 per additional, but with big pics I'm able to knock off a bit more. If it's a complex background, there is that to consider too, so really I'll need a clearer idea of what I'm drawing before I can give an estimate. With group pics it's generally up to one "team leader" to organize all the details and then present it to me.

I already have the BG in mind, and could draw it. And yeah, I can organise things up! :3
I just have to hear of what ppl will want more exactly so I can set up things, since right now it's still just a possibility. I can pay for both me and the background, since it will be complex indeed.
What do you think of being the mall's Virgrinch? ;3

Just wanted to note, at this point I will say I am in for this with the Shop idea, and would be fine to have a few customers, although only need 1 TFs, the others can be trying no change or reacting to it.

I think I'd be down to join this as a jewelry store owner. Course the jewelry I sell would be....special. ~.=.^
Would need at least one person to be a customer, though.
