Title: Foxgamer01: Tempe Sun
Post by: foxgamer01 on September 03, 2013, 11:40:14 PM
The sun bakes over Tempe
The sweat pours over the people
The children hide in their homes

They went to the magical TV
They play games on it or watch toons
While shielded inside the shade

Shadows were precious in Tempe
Cars fight for the rare shades
Especially the ones with branches

For the shadows move in time

Fox! This is weird and it doesn't rhyme!

Some poems make sense;
However, this one does not.
Refrigerator.

Of course. I'm weird. And if you look back at my earlier poems, they don't rhyme either. XP

Or maybe it does. After all, where do you park the car during 100-115F temperatures? XP

That's pretty much what I have to go through every summer where I live.
