If you're talking about the one with the chef hat and shoulder armor, I think that's Darth Pontos, dark chef of the Cait Sith.  {;)

I'm going to have to talk to the Dark chief about tweaking the recipe... perhaps with a bit more "Mud" filling... it can "splurt out more when it hits >:3

That is no ordinary cake. It is a Cake of War, meant to crush castles and smother its hapless victims under its delicious and masterfully crafted layers.
It can also feed an army if you're desperate.
