Hmm I really wouldn't call the conflict it an Insurgency ... as it implies a rebellion or some internal rising up against an authority, and we currently know the Cats are certainly are a foreign power rather than a maligned population.
Edit: I think thats a Window of the Castle Traxer, though it would be pretty highup! ]:P... Also it's amusing how it reminds me of cats caterwauling on Brick fences at night XD
