Title: "Database Error" When copy/pasting fancy characters from Word, etc. fixed

"Fancy quotes" dashes- etc. Should be fixed now.

(Just a temp solution-- just replacing them with normal characters for the moment.)

'Test' fix for this 'stupid' character too.

GOOD
