Title: Ceci Is a Dutchie!

While rummaging through my Google Drive I found a Dutch Angel Dragon base that I colored using Cecilia’s palette. I did this as a way to make her into a Dutchie temporarily. Once I was done with it it kinda just sat there and gathered digital dust, so I want to bring it back and incorporate it into Cecilia’s character. I’m not quite sure how yet, but I’ll figure it out.
