Title: SAI Circles

Is there any way to produce a perfect circle in SAI? Currently I have to draw them myself and to call them "oblong" is putting it mildly >>

Nope, there's no circle tool.  SAI is very basic... fantastic for brush work and line work, but that's about it. [;)
