I must agree that more cowbell is needed. Also swords. Any maybe explosions.

Must respectfully disagree. Explosions are visually spectacular, concussive shockwaves impressive (but best observed from a safe distance)... but all that is needed for catastrophic destruction is a carelessly wielded, magically sharp blade, or a randomly deflected magical attack ... and GRAVITY!
