I put this together really quick as a brief guide to Chase's automatically triggered transformations. Everything I've come up with up to this point regarding them is here.
All triggers are based on direct contact. Constant contact with a trigger will trap him in form. Otherwise, he can transform out of a triggered state at will but at the cost of a lot of mana. He tends not to cancel a trigger unless absolutely necessary. Triggers do stack now, and multiple triggers will trap him in form as well.
Plush - turn him into a 1' tall plush toy of his current form
Sunscreen - turns him into an island-shaped pooltoy based on his current form
Collar - turns him into a small feral version of his current form
Orange juice - turns him into a the taur version of his current form
Perfume - turns him into the female version of his current form
Lollipop - turns him into the baby version of his current form
Confetti - turns him into a pinata based on his current form
Gold dust - turns him into a gold statue or simply inanimates him if he is in an inanimate form (also traps him in form)
Certain combinations will yield different effects on him. For example, a collar/orange juice will turn him into a mountable feral and confetti/plush will make him into a costume.
Edit: Updated with his current trigger set and traits.

What about dragon Chase, Chase?
-
I don't have an automatic trigger for that yet. I can always turn into a dragon. Just ask. {:P

I'm considering updating my triggers as I continue to mess with how Chase's magic works. What do you all think?
- Triggers alter Chase's current form instead of turning him into a skunk version of the form.
- Triggers can stack. Certain combos can yield unexpected results. {;)
- No time restriction on how long they last, but Chase has trouble changing back after triggered.
- Planning on adding two new ones as well. XD
-
Not sure what you mean by the first bullet.
-
I always had him change to his base form when an automatic trigger was used. So no matter if he was a deer or dragon or whatever, he'd always turn into a skunk plush, pooltoy, etc. I plan on removing that restriction.

Updated this again with my new trigger information.
