"Yeah, I was kind of surprised you didn't ask about that. I'm already getting over the shock of -that- too... but it's mostly passed. I'm kinda... used to this body by now. Not enough to be able to eat and drink comfortably, but I'm nost scared of it any more."

I climb down off the bed and gently rub the place where I was injured. "It's good to see another raccoon." I smile at him and go to Fenrs. "Shall we continue our conversation about... uhh... what was it we were discussing?"

I wake up after a few moments and my eyes slowly flutter open. My paw wanders down to where my ribs were previously wounded and gently massages that area. "Wh-what? How long was I out? I'm already... did you use magic?" I look up at Coe.

"Hehe... hey..." I say after smacking my lips and swallowing the concoction. "How'd you know I was going to ask for a job here? Well yeah..." I yawn. "I would like to work in the infirmary... help people, you know? I feel tired suddenly... I... I'm gon-" I close my eyes and my breathing finally steadies and stabalizes. I hadn't known what the medicine was... oh well.

"Yeah, he wh-was the first person I m-met when I got h-here... I kinda have s-some experience with him already... Huh? Oh, thank you..." I lift the spoon to my muzzle and attempt to drink its contents, but spill it all over my chest instead.

"Gaa! Pllt!" I whine. "I'm.. I'm new here..." I wince. "Still not... quite used to my new body..."

I look up and my eyes widen, surprised to finally see another raccoon. "I-it's my ribs. They were crushed by that big oaf, Modeo..." I give a whine of pain. "I'd h-heal them myself but I c-can't conjure up any magic with all th-this pain..." I whimper.

"Wha-!" I was startled by the sudden drop, but realized I hadn't fallen more than a few inches. "That was freaky..." I wince and hold my broken ribs again. "I wish I could heal m-myself..." I whimper. "I wouldn't be in this situation right now.

"Ironically... I AM a healer..." I say, gasping from the pain. "I'm in too much pain to work a-any magic right now... Th-the infirmary is just down that hall.. to the left... " I gesture with one paw down the hall next to my room.

"O-ow, Modeo let g-AAHH!" I squeal in pain as he breaks a few of my ribs. I fall on my side when he puts me down and put my paws in the area, in too much pain to muster up the concentration to summon enough magic to heal myself, though my paws do give off a faint glow.

"Someone help me..." I wince, a few tears streaming down my muzzle.

"Uhh... the infirmary is like a hospital. A place for people who are hurt or sick to get better. I happen to specialize in healing Ly- err... magic... so I would do well there."

I look down and see my feet dangling a few feet over the floor. Wow... I can't believe how small I've gotten...
