Simultaneously attacking all teh major powers of the world, they were abrely repulsed, now there is currently a stalemate, both side,s the Black Dragons and the Global Defense Armed Forces. are consolidaitng what forces they have left and a mandate to create a new elite unit, composed of the best from each country.
