No it isn't. It's a gun you can store in your in your jacket without hammer space and will still head shot you just as good as a sniper rifle when your across the table from your target.

Also, love the turn about. Given that this is only a five pager I expect a transformation blitz to be coming next page.

Well that's no good. If your gun doesn't look like it means business, what's the point of waving it in the air at somebody? If you haven't put a hole in your target by now, you're threatening them, and it's hard to take a threat backed up with a gun seriously if it looks like it's going to shoot a novelty flag that says "BANG".

Presumably, the gun would look more threatening if it wasn't a cartoon. But since everyone else in the comic is a toon, it's safe to assume they'd respond differently >>

The best panel in the entire series is the top of page five. The commissioner makes a very nice smug fox.

I am sort of surprised that he reverted though. I'd almost think Virmir would have put in a fail safe somewhere that would have left both participants foxes. After all, he seems to have a directive to increase the amount of foxes in the world.
