I've heard people say weirder things in place of curse words, and we know that Voltar isn't the most sane individual

Frazz seems quite PG sounding to me.. even less 'swear' sounding then other Profanity used on TV shows ("Frack" comes to mind for me, from Battle Star Galactica)
