Calling it, the Mythos of the Reds and their religion is based on this; their diety is ultimately the devil.

So, that's how the reds came to be, but what about the greys? They're obviously different since they can control the shifting magic. In fact, this explains why the reds can't.

I'm betting that you're right. If I remember right, someone guessed that same thing back when the Naga first appeared forever ago in the vision Emiline showed Lucian.

Well, the way I see it is that the reds just know that Naga gave them life. They didn't know she was evil. Also, the only red fox who knows this right now is the Archmage. Would he tell his people that their deity is actually evil? Julian might. (Lucian is probably the one who cares the least, he just wants his sister back. [:( )

Yeah, you're probably right. I'm curious to see how all this plays into the greys, summoned spirits, and the whole cult whose  name I can't remember. Maybe they figured out something more about the Naga that most reds don't know?

This is some pretty dark stuff. Assumably, the invader is presumably female, as she's called "lady of the stars" by the church.

"Now here, your primary payment is in thumbs, but we also have good dental plans. All you need to do is become my fluffy minions. Win win, honestly."
The first panel fluffdragon has the right idea. "No! My food. Get your own, creepy shadow snake."

Those blasted reds, always so easily swayed by a little evil magic.
