I'm sure she just wants to pet the fox. Dragons are much larger, you see, They take the fox home to a little box, with pellets, waterbottle, and an exercise wheel. Double points if(as previously in the comic) it's a fox Princess or Queen. Dragons have standards to uphold, you know.
